Hello, im Dr Enosh and am an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. So what you are complaining of is a typical third molar pain. Yes it too can result in pain during swallowing. X ray cant show infection that well as clinical picture or your mouth can show. If there is whitish gum surrounding that region with food lodgement and painful chewing, it is suggestive of pericoronitis which is a third molar and its nearby gum infection.
Next Steps
consult and oral surgeon if in vadodara, you can come to us if online, you can consult us with the photos n x ray
