Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have been having a sore, tenderness in my palate for 2-3 days now and it's not going away on its own. No pain. Should I try salt water gargle or OTC medicine? Not a chronic smoker but did smoke and drink before I noticed this. Kindly advise. Thank you.

I face severe tooth pain and sore gum problem frequently. Sometimes bleeding also happens with or without the pain.

I just saw a hard structure near my lower teeth marked red. Similar structures are there on the other side too but this one is slightly.  bigger. Should I be worried? Hello Doctors, The molar on my lower left side was RC treated and crowned about 9 years ago. The treatment was poorly done as the crown was sticking out from the periphery of my gums.And I can feel the bottom lining of the crown with my tongue. It was ok at first but eventually I think food started settling between the crown and gums. About 4 months ago pus formation started on the outside of the gums (which is still there). Got an xray done recently and the doctor said that there has been bone loss on one side and bottom of the tooth and needs to be extracted. I would like to save the tooth if possible and was looking for some insights if possible. Attached is the picture of the xray to have a better idea. Thanks in advance. -Abhi
