Puffy cheeks from inside
I noticed both my inner cheeks puffy. There is no pain, lump etc and the cheeks are smooth then why is puffiness there. is it something serious ? Picture attached

That's normal at all.  It's called cheek fat.  Or buccal fat.  Many of us have it with changing the size and buccal over through life.  Maximum you may notice an infant.  Don't worry.
