You may eat from the filling side after 2 hours of filling.  I am saying this as I don't know,  what kind of filling is given. With,  any kind of filling you may eat after 2 hours. You may eat anything after the filling unless your dentist has told you not to eat. It's normal to feel the teeth to be sensitive while scaling.
Next Steps
nothing needs to be done
Health Tips
to increase durability of the filling avoid biting very hard stuff from the filled tooth. you may bite hard stuff from other un-filled teeth,  but can use the filled teeth to grind the food.

Namaste, It's normal to have such questions in mind . Some may experience sensitivity in the teeth postoperatively with Scaling , so I would advise you to don't drink anything too cold or coffee for the 1st 24hrs & for dental filling don't eat anything else from that side till 24hrs if, it's amalgam & if composite then avoid anything foodstuffs that would cause any stains on that treated tooth . Thanks!
