Hello madam/sir My half upper molar tooth had been broken and half stuck there the borken part is now coverd with a layer of ginGiva is it owk nothing to worry about there is no pain or anythng or i have to pull out my half molar tooth stuck over there???

Get a xray then get clinical examination get root canal if teeth can be saved or else extract it. As per the swelling of gingiva please get checked source of swelling and get it treatted.

You cannot leave it as such. Even if there is no pain os discomfort, it is a source of infection in your mouth and you need to get it properly checked. Otherwise you will end up loosing your tooth.
