Hello
The picture that you have attached is a bit unclear but if you see or experience tartar formation on your teeth that means some gum infection or gingivitis has started. It is the time to visit your dentist and get a round of teeth cleaning done. Because it will ultimately progress and you will start having sensitivity in your teeth or bleeding while brushing.
Next Steps
Kindly visit your dentist and get a proper examination and treatment done.
Following proper brushing technique with toothpaste & ultrasoft toothbrush is the crucial step to maintain oral health along with that eat lots of vitamin C rich fruits like aawla, oranges, strawberry etc. for gums health and overall immunity .
For cavity get in office consultation with dentist.
Health Tips
get dental consultation once every 6months.
Thanks!
