Severe pain in Tooth. Unable to wake up. Please prescribe some medicine and help me out. What medicine should i take and how and when should i take. This Tooth pain is just killing me. Please help me as soon as possible

Hi, my mom was having a severe tooth ache we went to a dentist and diagnosed that her one of her bottom right molar had an infection so we were suggested to remove it and we did. But even after 4 days of tooth removal she Is having the pain... Also on the day of tooth removal filling was done for other tooth as well, Can someone suggest me the cause of the same or a good dentist in nerul Navi Mumbai.?

Hi, In the past I have had many problems with my teeth, I used to go to doc for cleaning. Also in my teens i lost my 2 teeth which were in the lower middle (Front). When i consulted the dentist he told me as the space was so less for 2 teeth to be there as they were so small he said that they were my my milk teeth. So i got it done and my cousin who is a dentist trimmed by below teeth and put a cap of 3 artificial teeth. Now there is cavity and yellowness and swelled gums there. And I have sensitivity issues also. Please consult me.

I'm a 28 year old female and since sunday, April 17th, I have suddenly started lisping particularly on letters "s" and "c", and there's also a whistling sound.
