Tooth and Mouth Problems

Severe pain in my extreme last molar teeth. having a cavity in it. the pain spreads from tooth to head shoulders and right hand.

I have little misaligned teeth. I have a small gap in my upper 2 teeth , which is not present in the root of the teeth but forms by the tip. And, my teeth are a protruding out a little. Also, there is a little gap in between my upper and lower jaw, which makes it difficult for me to bite thin things like a thread with my front teeth. I need to use my side teeth. Can these issues be fixed? If yes, then how much time it might take?

My inside tooth chip was broken and I am feeling little sensitivity in my tooth so is the tooth is able to recover that much so that this sensitively can disappear sir the root canal is to be done for it

My dentist has suggested me to perform root canal on molar. Which toot canal treatment is effective and long lasting. He was saying about laser RCT. And which feelings are long lasting?

I had braces, two years back but now as I have removed them I feel like teeth are again moving forward, but then, it was found that my case is surgery case where I have to no option other than jaw surgery, and that's the reason for my sleep apnea too, plz guide me, I don't want any surgeries. My wife had sever tooth pain. Earlier she was having root canal of a tooth. Then she got issue of Satan till the base of that tooth. Then with the dentists consultation we decided to remove that. After removing that doctor got that it has an adjacent tooth which has a cavity and that cavity needs to filled. After filling that cavity now she is having more pain and the painkiller is also not working. Earlier when cavity was open the painkillers were used to work on that pain. But now no relief. I consultated this with ENT specialist and he said that it is not an ear issue. It is your tooth issue. Please suggest
