His teeth from which he chew is not moving but another teeth is growing there below but its a very small one what should we do?

I got osteem dental implant done but one of the stitches got loose and broke in three days. Is it alright to let it stay in there without doing anything for further 5-6 days? Or new stitches should be done? Breaking of these stitches is alright or not? I am not having any new pain, as such, due to the stitches issue.
