Tooth and Mouth Problems

My mother's dental bridge (lower posterior) was remade & replaced as one tooth was rotten because old bridge became open & came out . My dentist just cut the tooth ( no anesthesia) and put the new bridge. It's 7th day she developed swelling - pain for the rotten tooth why is this?! What has to be done she is diabetic too

Underwent c section 20days ago, breastfeeding a new born baby. One of my tooth decayed and pains a lot. Please suggest some external applicant on decayed tooth to ease out the pain as am breastfeeding mother i will undergo extraction of the decayed tooth later.

I am 29 year old...and since the age of 16, this bad breath started... after brushing also this breath doesn't go... I started sitting with a boy in school , he was having this problem of bad breath...but i don't know how it became communicable to me... I visited dentist first, she did scaling and polishing and gave chlohexidine mouthwash...it didn't worked at all... Than i went to ENT , he did examination ...he gave some medicines with rabeprazol...but it didn't worked too. Please help me , I am not able to talk to anyone because of this bad breath... It's not because of smoking as i started smoking at the age of 20 and bad breath started from 16... Its becoming worse day by day...please help me sir/mam...I am not able to talk to anyone... Which doctor to visit...or if you are the correct person than let me know , I will consult online... I am serious... I brush two times in morning than two times in night.

I am facing an issue with my third molar. 4 months back when the doctor informed me about the third molar that time the pain was cured by medicines but since past few weeks the pain has started again and even I have taken those same medicine but the pain is the same. I am also experiencing that my front teeth and teeth around the molar teeth are hurting whenever I consume something cold. I want some expert advice on how to resolve this issue. I have major phobia for tooth extraction so if anyone can give me a solution apart from this.
