Hi, The picture is not clear. The X-ray shows that the tooth can be saved by Root Canal Treatment.

No. Please don’t get this tooth extracted It can be saved by RCT. It’s a healthy and firm tooth with good support. There is small periapical radiolucency but that’s when RCT is indicated. There is absolutely no reason to get this tooth extracted
