Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had lower right wisdom tooth extraction 2 years back. It was impacted with high infection such that all gum area around that tooth was bruised .I was not even able to eat anything properly because of infection taste in mouth . Mainly teeth was in very bad shape . I didn't took any antibiotics before extraction. During tooth extraction , surgeon gave local anesthesia , i felt numbed and didn't felt anything while he was cutting gums and bone but when he tried pulling tooth out , it pained extremely unbearable, he was not able to understand that why it is paining even after anaesthesia. Now left lower wisdom tooth is also impacted and i have to get it removed but i am extremely scared as my first wisdom tooth removal was not good. This time tooth is healthy but it is horizontally impacted so have to get it removed So i want to understand why my wisdom tooth removal pained the first time and what can i do now to make it painless .

Help doctors , since last 2 day I started chewing masala after 4 years of gap bcoz I left Now from today my tongue is completely irritated with burning feeling Is this serious ? I will never eat again

I noticed sometimes while sleeping mostly at night my tongue hurts on one side. It doesn't happen frequently but has only happened 2-3 times to me. I didn't have any injury as such. It hasn't happened in the past few days but I'm just concerned when to see a doctor? Sharing pic for reference.

I am eating a supari for a long time... Last year i fnd my gums recession strts... I met a dentist they gve me some medicine and clean my teeths and advice me to dnt chew supari agn... My mother is suffering from infection on the left side of her mouth where there is a partially erupted wisdom tooth. She is having a lot of pain and the area is red and swollen and looks infected. It seems like pericoronitis. She also had this before which went away after rounds of antibiotics. But the infection is always returning. Will tooth extraction cure this problem permanently? She is scared. What should we do now?
