Your wisdom teeth is growing affecting your surrounding your gums causing pain and infection , the tooth adjacent to it also has decay and shows discolouration

You are having cavity. Get an x ray done, most probably wisdom tooth will be removed. Do visit a local dentist for physical evaluation, x ray, medication and treatment (as required).
