Severe pain in left cheek ear neck, head
I am 29years old and facing pain in left part of my face mostly in cheek, ear, neck and head side. I get it checked from a dentist and after x ray, i got to know that there is some issue in upper wisdom tooth. I took medicine like zerodol but from today I am still having the pain. So doctor asked me to take ketrol-DT. But after taking that also, i am still having the pain. Also feeling tingling and severe pain in ear neck also. Pls suggest what to do. Also attaching x ray for reference.

Hello ma'am, Your wisdom tooth is carious. Caries are deep and involved the pulp that's why it's paining. If you take only pain killers or medicines, pain will go only when the power of the tablet is there (temporary relief), you need proper treatment for that. Extraction (Wisdom tooth removal) would be the best treatment if the lower wisdom tooth of the same side is also not present. Visit the clinic for proper treatment.
Next Steps
visit the clinic for the proper examination and treatment.
Health Tips
Don't take only pain killers for the pain take an proper treatment.
