Tooth and Mouth Problems

For the Last week my tongue is gets dry continuously... I hydrate myself nicely throughout the day. But my mouth gets dry right after I drink water. It has gotten to a point that my tongue is now aching slightly from being dry for long. I tried squeezing lemon juice directly in my mouth to get my saliva going. And it did work for sometime till the sourness was gone. What should I do? And is there a Home remedy for this?

One molar had rotted so it had to be removed. Now if a new molar has to be fitted then which one is better? (1)Ceramic (2)Tilite (3)Zirconia ???

Hello everyone! I often get some irritation and redness on the sides of inner lips, sometimes inner cheeks ! They go away in 2/3 days but tend to come back! Got my opg xray , there wasn't anything wrong except impacted third molars! Why could this be happening? I don't have any allergies or reaction.. no new toothpaste, nothing!
