Tooth and Mouth Problems

Whu mouthwash is not recommended for non adults ? and use is only for adults ... ... ... ... ... ... ...

Please refer to the picture posted ! I have an impacted third molar since 2 yrs which is giving me constant discomfort/ irritation in the cheeks/ gums and retro molar region! Some days i feel it's settled somedays i feel super irritated and under constant dull ache! It doesn't sort of pain , but iam discomforted on that side! I've tried deep scaling/ trimming of tooth which I thought was hurting me/ got a new lower crown which was pending.. basically i ruled everything else out, but this problem is stuff there! My question: Should i take this out?

I got braces for good smile without extractions. I was told no facial changes will be seen. Post 1 yr i had to quit treatment because :- I had upper left side1st molar extracted in teens & 2ndmolar & wisdom came forward leaving a gap 4-5 mm. After initial alignment of front teeth ortho put molar bands and shifted my bite from right to left by pulling & power chain to close the gap. ( i was given 8 lower brackets with lace back wire only & class 3 elastics on left side).Post 1 yr , my bite ruined, my face sunken, & left jawline was gone. I wasn't informed that i had deep bite & pulling my molar flattened my bite more. 1. I m attaching pre & post xrays. Can u suggest are molar brought forward & backward with tad support or by tilting them??? 2. I am attaching current relapsed teeth caste pics . Can anyone plz suggest what treatment should i get for good smile & proper bite without affecting much of my face. ( upper anterior intrusion will hide my smile)

Hi, i got braces last year . After molar bands are removed there are gaps btw my 1st & 2nd molar. Gaps are not straight that back teeth will come forward. Rather only on outer side where brackets were placed. Food gets trapped in btw them. What can be done?? ( i cant ask my orthodontist as my treatment was a mess , so post 1 yr i quit braces)

My upper retainer has been broken. Till the time I get an appointment with my orthodontist , what should I do since new retainer might take some time to come?

Dear Doctor, I am having too much pain in lower corner of jaw at the right side. Please suggest me. It is prevailing from 3 days. I have used warm water to wash mouth but still pain is there.

After getting braces removed my teeth and face shape were normal but after a year I can notice that the right part of my face appears bigger than the left. Also it seems that lower jaw has shifted on left side. Can this be corrected? I wear retainers regularly at night.
