I have cavity in my tooth but till now it was not paining but now suddenly I am getting sensitivity if I take hot things like tea and dal etc on that tooth.
Can it be fixed by filling ? Or RCT is needed now ?
I am scared to go to dentist so asking here.

It will need a check up and may be some x-rays. Visit a dental clinic for a check up. Avoiding treatment will actually make it painful. Medicines will not give long term relief on such cases.
