Get an X ray done of the area where food is getting stuck due to dental caps. You may need a replacement of your caps as there may be an over hang Why do you not use your right side? Is it because you are not able to chew properly from that side? Placing a dental crown may restore your bite ans you may as well start eating from that side. But first you need an examination by a dentist

Dear patient. This is one of the reasons dentist advise geting artificial teeth or even cap fixed as soon as the teeth are removed. Ofcourse you can get treated now. But the other teeth have to be pushed back to old position as they have shifted in that gap. Visit a dental clinic for check up. To know the possibility of treatment.  Hope this helped

You will need a professional dentist to cement the cap back, since it's been 2 years, it's very likely that the cap will not fit as our teeth move considerably when there's a gap. Water flossing helps to remove food particles stuck between difficult areas. But, if the food lodgement is a lot and causing you pain or discomfort, please visit your dentist.

First of all using one side for chewing is wrong. Always the bite and chewing should be balanced and on both sides. When one side is compromised and the patient starts using only one side for chewing problems arise. As for the tooth that is not capped we need to check and it can be capped. Get it done as soon as possible as its been uncapped since a long time. Coming to the next complaint of food lodgement between the caps , sometimes patients face this issue only way to fix this is by flossing either with the traditional floss or a water floss. If the issue still doesn't resolve consider changing the caps and get caps with tight contact.
Next Steps
Kindly visit a dentist at the earliest.

Hi, You need to visit a dentist and get a check up done. Get the dental cap put as soon as possible on the right side as there is possibility for the tooth to fracture or get re-infected. On the left side, get it examined to rule out any fracture of the cap or any decay under the cap.
