The spot should fade on its own in a few days as it most likely is from the cheek bite.
Incase you develop pain/swelling definitely show it to a dentist soon, they will be able to evaluate further.
If the cusps on your teeth are too sharp they may be rounded/polished to stop the constant friction against your cheek.
