Tooth decayed doctor suggested me for cleaning, filling and cap. Please suggest me very good cap which sustains longer, good for health.

Now a days dental crowns/caps are of good quality. If u want an aesthetically pleasing crown with durability go in for zirconia crowns. Else PFM crowns are the most widely used crowns in dentistry.
