Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had done my root canal treatment 2 days ago. I felt pain during procedure due to too much infection but i didn't feel any pain after RCT yet. Is it normal to no pain after root canal treatment? Is it sign of a success root canal treatment?

Have shown myself physically to dentist, they say it's nothing dangerous, but iam often getting such rashes inside my cheek this same part! Is this lichen planus/ cheek bite/ cancer/ kerotosis/ osmf/ leukoplakia.. what is this? And why is this happening! Got my opg done, apart from impacted lower molar there is nothing in this region.. My anxiety is through the roof !

Tooth started growing for my 14 month old son, but both the teeth, are growing in Black/Dark Brown Color. Is it normal?

I have severe toothpain for last 3 days and have been taking zerodol sp. I need at least 3 tablets a day to manage the pain. Since I can't visit a dentist for another 3 days due to some prior commitments , can I continue to take these medicines. I hope these are safe. Or can I take ketorol dt twice a day instead.

Before 2 days i had completed my RCT. There was no pain since 2 days but today they put crown on my temporary felling. But it's seems me certain uncomfortable because when i press gums around treated tooth i felt quite pain. Are such pain usually happen when crown place there?

How to know If i have cavity in my mouth..cause sometimes i feel a little pain inside my teeth . I see a very little brown spot in my molar teeth

I get some red sores/ spots in cheeks, which doesn't pain but gives me an irritation! I can't stop touching them with tongue or squinching in my cheeks just to relieve the discomfort caused ! Some days are ok, somedays i feel this irritation. Got myself examined, opg done! Apart from impacted mesic angular third molar there is no other issue! Can impacted molar act this weird ? Iam not able to find the source of my irritation! No sharp edges/ no bite problem/ nothing
