Hello doc,
I have chronic tmj problem for more than a year... I'm doing hot and cold compression around the jaw and some jaw exercises suggested by my maxillofacial surgent for last 3 months... But I'm still in same conditions... Doc suggesting same thing for another 3 months... But I'm not convinced... What are the other treatment options available for these scenarios?
I have attached my recent CBCT report.
Thank You.

Hi,
Are you having a jaw clenching habit while sleeping ? Are you experiencing more pain during the morning. I suggest you wear a soft splint in the nights while sleeping. Also continue with the hot and cold compression and with the exercises.
