Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hello sir RCt and wisdom tooth extraction done 6 months ago. Since than little numbness lower lip half area numbness happen . And after wisdom tooth corner attached pic tooth gum little swelling feel since day one of rct and extraction after that . And am getting little bleeding also morning time when I done brushing . Am having bad smell since than after Rct and tooth extraction pls tell reason and further what I can do any tips and treatment

I did my filling one week ago. The tooth became black and it's hurting all the time. It's a molar on upper jaw left side and my bone under eye on that side also having pain.

Recently 1 week ago I had my lower right side molar extraction. Dentists use a hammer to do that. While hammering my total lower jaw teeth was hurting like hell. Recently I started flossing teeth.  After that my lower front teeth and Left side canine teeth are becoming sensitive to cold. Is it due to flossing improperly or any other issue is there ?

I have two impacted third molars inside the gums, mesioangularly placed. But iam Often getting red rash/ trauma marks at the front of my inside cheeks. Got myself checked physically too , never got a satisfactory answer or solution! My question is does or can impaction affect the soft tissue of cheeks? If yes how? The marks/ redness/ irritation go off in 1/2 days but why is it happening? No sharp edges/ no burning, just redness and roughness in cheeks and little irritation

My teeths are demineralised and getting yellow from the bottom due to low HCl (Hypochlorhydria) . I'm using glister, Should I switch to thermoseal? Please tell other cures for revitalising my teeths?
