Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi In 10 days or weekly I feel tooth ache which is not recovered until I get medicine. I have done cap in my two teeth and permanent retainers what can cause this problem

I am sending photo,this is my second molar of left side.please advice is infection reached in the pulp of second molar.i will decide my treatment plan according to infection

I dont have pain.i am attaching xray.plese tell is rct needor rct with post.or simply filling and where is the infection in pulp or not

I am sending photo and xray of my teeth.please advice should i go for teeth removel or not.because this is long term infection.please tell is this xray ok.because person who was taking xray took 3 -4 times and this is the clear image of xray.major portion of tooth is desroyed and this is chewable teeth.so should i go for extraction or should go rct+2 post+crown

WHICH TOOTHPASTE IS GOOD FOR 2YEAR 1 MONTH BABY TO BE USED. PLS MENTION NAMES. And HOW MANY TIMES TO BRUSH. ALSO MENTION TOOTHBRUSH BRAND.

7-8 months back I had RCT on one tooth but my doctor patiently treated by tooth and closed the RCT after 10-15 sitting But I was feeling discomfort for many days afterwards as well. I could see blood in toothpaste, I used to fill pull in gum area. Also it doesn't hurt much but when the teeth is pressed it hurts. I feel discomfort in that area. I went to the doctor again he did x ray. In xray nothing came but he saw leakage in the cap as I was having sensitivity issues as well. He has done permanent filling on the leakage areas (all sides of the cap has permanent filling) The sensitivity has gone now but I still feel irritated in that area. Currently I apply gum paint and do salt gargles. Please help we what to do what could be a cause of this?

I have been suffering from yellow teeth due to chewing of gutka , often faces bleeding gums after brushing my teeth. Kindly suggest the remedy for cleaning the teeth.

I have  broken and deep carious tooth on upper region post region of jaw what will happen if i dont go for treatment because there is no pain
