Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi. I have TMJ Disorder which causes jaw popping when opening and closing mouth. It also causes a ringing and crackling sound in my ear along with ear pressure. I have attached my OPG Xray. I have impacted wisdom teeth on all sides and have been advised surgical extraction. But I am very scared as I already have TMJ Disorder and the surgical extraction will require prolonged mouth opening during the course of the extraction. I am scared that the prolonged mouth opening will worsen the TMJ problem. Kindly tell me will the prolonged mouth opening worsen my TMJ condition? Will I find some relief in the TMJ after wisdom tooth removal? Will it reduce pressure on the jaw joint? I have been told it will reduce pain in the TMJ, but what about the jaw popping and crackling and ear problems? Will removing wisdom teeth help in that and prevent it from becoming worse? Kindly help out.

Hello age 31 Root cancal and wisdom tooth extraction done 8 months ago since than half of lips area no sensation . . But same side right side one of teeth jaw getting little bleed and smell whenever I done brsuh kindly advice any tablet or permanent Attached picture

I found these 3 teeth in this condition, small sensitivity in that area. What kind of treatment is available without drilling if those are cavities?

I have TMJ Disorder due to which I have jaw popping/clicking while opening and closing mouth. Not pain but the popping is there. I know it can reduce pain from TMJ but apart from reducing pain, will removing wisdom teeth be of any help for TMJ Disorder? Will it prevent my symptopms from becoming any worse?

From last 10 days i have some white on my cheek and daily whenever i eat something i mistakenly bite on that area dont know how but my teeth just cut this part again anad agian ..and ita become more white spot on cheek ...is it serious i mean again again why my teeth automatically bite that area whenever i eat food..and dialy i feel just pain when it cut and white spot become increase ...is it serious i just read daily bite become Cancer on that area pls help?
