Tooth and Mouth Problems

Within three months did I got severe bone loss? Got a opg three months ago where the doctor said there's no bone loss but now it seems that there is a lot of bone loss. I was recommended lanap but I went ahead with only deep cleaning.

I have detected deep bite problem since last 1 year. Dentist has advised me to apply nightgaurds as a preventation measure. However, doctor has also suggested me to go for Aligners. Doctor has done scanning to check the no. of aligners. I came to know that no. of aligners would be 37 for upper and lower teeth and it would cost me around 1.15 Lakh. I just want to confirm is aligners are successful for deep bite problem and what is the success rate. Also, can you please give me a rough idea how much would be the cost of 37 aligners.

I am having common cold but for last 2dats I am having toothache, actually I am confused whether it's tooth ache or gum pain due to cold or any underlying cavity, when I am applying pressure on teeth by closing jaw it's not paining but rest all time it's paining, I am confused whether pain is due to cold or cavity or inside cheek is paining, last year I had RCT of one teeth after that there was no issue, but after I had cold fully that side is paining, plz help me how control this pain...

I have little white tongue and pain in one of the teeth on right side with persistent throat pain. What could be the reason? Is there anything serious?

Does wearing a nightguard/mouthguard help to reduce TMJ disorder and Jaw popping, Jaw Deviation? Most doctors suggest braces treatment for TMJ disorder but if I don't want to go for that, are there other non-invasive treatments? I already follow soft diet and apply warm compress. Hi. I am suffering from TMJ disorder which is causing jaw popping and deviation. It has also caused slight ringing  in ear. I have attached a picture of my OPG Xray of my teeth. I have wisdom teeth on both sides. Kindly suggest, will removal of the wisdom teeth reduce pressure on the jaw joint and prevent the TMJ disorder from becoming worse? Will I get relief after wisdom teeth removal? What else needs to be done apart from wisdom teeth removal?

RCT done on last upper molar from last week of June till July. Got crown, after it was placed there was ton of pain when pressure applied/bite, removed crown.  Pain started to subside after considerable amount of time passed. I kept on having dental visits. Dentist asked me to wait. It's been 5 months. I don't have crown since long - only permanent filling. Issues now - 1 The tooth beside the one on which RCT is done, deviated from it's place since RCT, slightly down. Now it touches the bottom one when I rest my teeth and it feels uncomfortable and bulky, like an obstacle in resting teeth (sensitive). Sometimes it feels bulky while walking (even without resting). 2 Maybe its gums around the RCT teeth but I feel discomfort there. Eating all different things very comfortably, no pain. It's just when I'm sitting idle and not using teeth. Often getting my tongue there/putting pressure on RCT teeth with finger- in an attempt to cure it. 3 Teeth itching- Feels like brushing/grinding teeth.

I found black spot in mouth on my cheek on one side from last year but no pain no problem just have black spot from last year and its incresing in cheek but bo pain from last year..is it serious m worried ..is it cancer..or what?
