Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have done tooth extraction on 27 November,2022 One year has passed . The tooth healing was so late it healed 8 months take. It was traumatic extraction and tooth was infectious .. Now the drama is on tenderness during chewing on site from last 3 days. X ray and image of that site attached.plz suggest something.

I visited my usual dentist after she told me to get a root canal for my tooth. I kept pushing it and chickened out till recently, I went to her for the root canal. I was travelling in 3 days and asked her if going in for a root canal was a good idea, she said it would be okay and I can finish the entire procedure in two sittings. They used a medicated cotton and sent me back and told me to come after 2 days. When I went in again, the doctor said I had an infection used medicated cotton again and put a temporary filling. The pain has been continuing for far too long even after consuming antibiotics. I'm supposed to go in again today for my 3rd sitting and she said use of Anesthesia depends on how infected my tooth is. I think the infection is already spreading, I can feel the pain radiate through the other teeth on my left jaw. How soon will I recover? How long will the pain last? What sort of infection is it? Is it a life long infection? Please help.

My husband is suffering from mouth ulcer (one on left cheek) for last 5 days. No pain at all in it. Taking becosules capsules but it is still there. What could be the reason and how much time ulcer take to heal. Thanks in advance.

I have these brown spots on my teeth and I am getting very concerned. I have never had a cavity before nor do I smoke and I don't eat a lot of sugar either. I have been brushing my teeth at-least twice a day for the past 1 year. The spots don't hurt and are on the surface of my premolars & molars. At the moment there is one in between my teeth grooves on the lower right region and one brown spot is on the upper right region.
