On picture, its look like periapical abscess on grossly decayed tooth. I suggest you a IOPAR X RAY on Right side lower 1st molar of tooth. After X ray it may go for RCT or extraction. and You have a Root stump on Left side. It have to remove.

Good Afternoon on the basis of clinical picture it can be diagnose that, it may be periapical abscess, so I advice radiograph (IOPA) for final diagnosis. I Suggest you to visited your nearest dental clinic. the medication doesn't give permanent relief. Thankyou and Regard ( Dr. Nikhil Gupta )

It is vestibular abscess , u have to get it treated , before treating u should know the reason for the infection it’s better if you get an X-ray it will give you the source of infection
