This is gum boil / parulis due to long standing infection ( chronic abscess ) in tooth due to non treated cavity . The pus/abscess from tooth, resorbs the bone around the tooth slowly and then swells and Pierce the gums . Pain is not much in this condition as all the pus is getting drained in mouth . So no pressure buildup.

x ray to check status of the tooth /roots and
to decide if tooth can be saved by pulpectomy.. if not, tooth should be removed and space maintainer is placed.

Hi there is a deep cavity on tooth.Infection from cavity crossed root and shown up as boil.Consult dentist immediately and get pulpectomy procedure done.Dont delay.Once it's done bulge also subsides.
