Hi! In the first image, I can see a noticeable buildup of plaque and calculus, especially on the inner side of the lower front teeth. This kind of deposit can lead to inflammation and is one of the common reasons for gum recession, where the gums begin to pull away from the teeth. In the second image, the white line near the gums also points towards plaque accumulation along the gum margin. That kind of buildup often causes irritation, and over time, it contributes to the gums receding further. Both images suggest early signs of gum issues possibly linked to poor oral hygiene in that region. I’d recommend getting a professional cleaning (scaling) done, and if you’re feeling any sensitivity or notice further gum changes, definitely follow up with your dentist.
Next Steps
Visit your dentist for full mouth scaling and deep cleaning
Health Tips
To maintain healthy gums and prevent further issues, it’s important to maintain good oral hygiene — brush twice daily, use an antiseptic mouthwash, and floss regularly to clean areas your brush can’t reach. Also, going for a full-mouth cleaning once or twice a year is a good preventive step

Hi, In the first image, there is plaque and calculus buildup on the inner side of your lower front teeth. The white line near your gums and inflammation are signs of plaque and calculus buildup beneath the gum line. This is causing gum recession, where your gums are pulling away from the teeth. The second image also shows signs of recession because of plaque, I recommend scaling and root planing. If you feel sensitivity or notice any loose teeth, please consult your dentist.
