Hello sir/ mam Here I am attaching pictures of right side of my lateral tongue for last 15 days I am noticing some roughness and white dots on this part of my tongue some burning sensation is also there please help I searched on Google and it showns only leukoplakia and cancer please help.

I have pain in face till ear headache difficulty chewing but my opg xray is all normal. Can it still be tmj and will it be cured. I have consulted dentist and ent and all just prescribed painkillers. As xray was normal. Attached is xray film.

साल 2019 या 2018 में मैंने अपने विस्डम दर्द होने के कारण डॉक्टर से दिखाया उन्होंने बोला की दांत निकलना होगा , पर उनसे दांत नहीं निकाल पाने के कारण उन्हें आधी दांत काट दी जो खराब थी और मसूदा सिलाई कर दी पूछने पर बताया कि उससे कोई दिक्कत नही होगी । पर और जगह पे डॉक्टर से राय लेने पे उनका कहना है कि अगर दांत पूरी तरह से नहीं निकली गई तो कैंसर हो जाएगा , क्या ये सही है?
