Which company implants is good and which method of implnt is best ( conventional or quick) pls suggest.

The reason and system of implant to be used varies based on the amount of bone remaining at the implant site. It could be a normal, basal, short implant etc.
Addressing the issue and diagnosing based on the bone density is key along with taking into factor the presence of systemic health issues
Now, after that coming to brands, there are many companies that provide different options.
Again based on the need we can choose the implant.
Addressing if it should be a direct implant or not, bone dentistry and primary stability plays a crucial role. We cannot provide a one step implant when there is not enough primary stability.
Usually step integration takes around six months, based on the type of defect and whether there is a need for bone grafting etc, plays a role while the doctor makes a decision.

There are many implants company & every dentist have different set of practise & Comfortable with different set of implants , according to me conventional is better option than quick .
