My father ( aged 82) suffering from Parkinson's disease. He has 7 tooth in lower gum. Last few days he says pain in teeth and blood comes when brushing. Presently one antibiotic ( lizolid600) course going on. What's the treatment?

Hi ! Please get a physical Consultation done . Pain can be periodontal , for which Scaling and root planing would be recommended . But again physical examination needs to be done to understand the cause and get the best treatment done . For now , please do warm saline rinses 3-4 times a day

if ur father is comfortable ,it's better to visit near by dentist for physical evaluation of his gums. Professional cleaning is necessary to avoid bleeding gums.

It could be because his Parkinson’s as he may not be able brush properly but a visit to a dentist will work
