Hi , you should clean the splint everyday. Also Botox can be very helpful in minimising TMJ problems and results are evident within a week . So , you might aswell consider that.

You must clean it daily. In case you notice any signs of wear and tear or if you experience any change in the fit, you must visit your dentist

Hi, You must clean your splint every time before and after wearing it. The splint must be worn for a period of 3 to 4 months before you notice any results. After 3 months you must go back to the dentist for a review and show the wear and tear on the splint. If the wear and tear is severe then a new splint must be made.
