Plz visit a dentist for examination to know the reason for loosening/ mobility of your tooth. Proper treatment in early stages with help restore the mobility to normal limits provided there's no fracture.

The best cure would be for you to get your scaling done, followed by splinting. If necessary, a flap surgery will help. Cleanliness and scaling including flossing will help maintain proper gum health .

Visit the dentist asap

Maintain oral hygiene. Warm saline rinses thrice a day. Visit a local dentist for physical evaluation and treatment (as required).
