Go for RCT followed by Post and core followed by Crown.
But get the mentined treatment done asap as if the remaining tooth structure is also destructed then it will be difficult to save the tooth.
Next Steps
Visit a local dentist and get it treated as soon as possible.
Health Tips
Do warm saline rinses.

Rct+post+crown would be the ideal option. Reasons
1. Second molars are required for proper force destribution during mastication and removal can lead to the opposing tooth malalignment.
2. As you dont have third molars, if you remove this also, if your first molars get damaged you wont have any molars at all to go for a bridge or fpd if necessary in future.
Hello
Just by looking the xray and picture of your tooth it is possible to go for rct and post restoration because still the crown portion is there to sport the restoration and prosthesis.
Next Steps
Visit your dentist asap otherwise the teeth may get more destructed
Health Tips
Till you plan your dentist keep that area clean and do not let food deposited over there do warm saline gargle 2 -3 times a day and plan your dental visit as per your convinence
Hi,
From the x-ray and clinical picture of the tooth, you can undergo Root Canal treatment followed by Post and Core followed by Crown (preferable metal free crowns).
