It depends on your symptoms also
If pain is there in both the teeth then RCT is needed for both otherwise according to the x ray filling may work in 24 and infection in 25 can subside with an antibiotic course.

Hi,
Are you having any pain in the tooth no. 25. There seems to be slight infection in the tooth.
Tooth no. 24 has secondary caries. You need to get a root canal treatment followed by a crown.
