Hi thankyou for attaching the opg. From the opg your right lower wisdom tooth is impinging on your second molar , the same is the case for the left wisdom tooth as well. Slight radiolucecy(black hue) in the right lower second molar as well because of the wisdom tooth hitting on it. The right lower first molar is root canal treated and the second premolar next to it decaying from the side. Areas next to a cap are always prone to food lodgement hence decay, please floss and keep the area clean. Very initial caries can be detected clinically. If there is black / brown discoloration along food lodgement it is an indication of tooth decay. Also the upper left wisdom tooth is impacted( inside the bone).
Next Steps
I hope your doubts have been cleared. Get the wisdom teeth extracted on time to avoid compromising the adjacent healthy tooth. Initial caries can be filled.

Hi. You have three wisdom teeth which are impacted,i.e one in your right lower back tooth region and 2 in your left upper and lower back tooth region which needs to be addressed. Coming to caries that needs physical examination and evaluation. OPG, revels there might be caries in relation to 15 it can be confirmed only with physical examination,if possible plz do share clear photograph of ur teeth as well . Hope your question is answered.
