Caries and Cavities
Is there anything which I can do to prevent my caries from becoming into the cavities? Any toothpaste, mouthwash? Anything which might delay the progression of caries to cavities?

Hi, Maintain a good oral hygiene. Visit the dentist every 6 months. Once the tooth has got a caries, a filling is required to prevent it from spreading further.
