Do not spit/rinse for 24 hours and swallow everything. Do not gargle or use staw to drink for 24 hours.Have ice cream after an hour of extraction. Do not eat hard,hot and spicy food for 3 to 4 days,instead eat cold,soft/semi solid food.Avoid smoking. You can do warm saline rinses thrice a day but after 24 hours of extraction. Avoid viggorous brushing/rinsing for the 1st 24 hours of extraction site.

Hi you can have the soft diet avoid chewing from the side of extraction avoid consuming hot food items . Do cold fermentation from outside

After extraction,  you can have soft/semi solid food. Do not spit, rinse or have anything hot for next 24 hours after extraction.

Hi, You have to be on a soft diet for a day. Do not eat on the side of the extraction. Do not consume any hot or spicy food or liquids for 1 day.
