The most common cause of halitosis is bad oral hygiene. If particles of food are left in the mouth, their breakdown by bacteria produces sulfur compounds. Keeping the mouth hydrated can reduce mouth odor. The best treatment for bad breath is regular brushing, flossing, and hydration.
Next Steps
Visit a local dentist and get it clinically evaluated. If your oral hygeine is good with no cavities and no impacted wisdom teeth, then would suggest to meet gastroenterologist to rule out GERD.
Health Tips
Quit smoking as it might be the potential cause of your bad breath.

Please do visit a gastroenterologist and also get one PNS xray done with following it up with your ENT surgeon or Maxillofacial Surgeon to rule out any sinus pathologies.

Hi, Get a routine dental check up done once again to rule out any dental caries. If your dental health is good, I would suggest you meet a Gastroenterologist and check for any gastric related problems. Meet the ENT and get your sinuses checked.

Hello. I certainly understand your concern. Check with your dentist for any cavities, spaces between your teeth, impacted wisdom teeth, gums if everything is fine then,Check your gut health if that's fine ,then meet an ENT specialist for sinusitis and bronchitis. Rule out the cause and you will get better results. If your constantly using mouth wash it will make your oral cavity more dry,and that ll lead to bad breath.
Health Tips
Check if ur taking more acidic, spicy and junk food, plz do cut it down . Hope your question is answered
