This morning I am having continuous loose motion(watery poop) and Followed by vomitting each time, after that I have a Stomach ache each time. After every 15-20 mins it starts again. If I eat anything i immediately vomit. I ate a banana but I vomitted immediately. Please help

Hello Doctors, I am a 28-year-old male. Since childhood, I haven’t chewed food properly, which has caused food to come back into my mouth. Now, I have asthma and small airway disease. I am currently taking pantoprazole, which has reduced the issue slightly, but food still comes back to my mouth. What could be the reason for this, and what is the best solution?
