From past 1 month i all time feel nausea and when I walk I feel nause more, and acid reflux all time, feel like lump in my throat, loss of aapetiate, bloated stomach after eating, but no pain in my stomach I don't understand what cause it?? I feel very frustrated. Please dr tell me how to cure it

Have taken ibset and colaspa but my gut gets triggered for even idli and when he visits loo sometimes he gets to poop and after he says he gets stomach pain and tiredness

I am a 34-year-old female, My weight is 37 kgs. For the past seven months, I have been experiencing painful bruises, and their occurrence is increasing each month. My PT INR (patient value) is 15.2, with a prothrombin time (PT) of 12.75 and an INR of 1.24. My APTT is 35.92. I have Gilbert's syndrome, with a total bilirubin level of 2.30 and an A/G ratio of 1.96. Additionally, I am finding it very difficult to gain weight and occasionally feel fatigued.

I have gastric issue after food i have burning and stomach doscomfort with weakness feel uneasy then my doctor prescribe sucral o, i just know how long should i take sucral o with cyra ls or other rabprazol dsr, can i take sucral o with cyra Ls tablet

Hi Doctors, From last one month its been third time i am having stomach pain with fever. On thermometer i dont see any fever but i feel like i have one. I remain very tired, sleepy all day and have no energy at all. Can you advice what is causing this issue? To which specifialist doc should i reach out? Thank you in advance

Need to know about the test between CT scan or Endoscopy..which is better to know about the stomach problems..am suffering from gastric issues..gone through many tests like ultrasound and fibroscan..all tests are fine..but now need to go through ct scan or endoscopy

Asking for my son. He has altered bowel habits from January 2025 With abdominal pain on right lower side. On performing colonoscopy it's been found that he has ileitis with distal proctitis (patchy mucosal erythema in rectum). The biopsy report says mild focal active ileitis with erosion. (The result is attached here). Doctor prescribed him mesacol od and fa 5 tablets for 2 weeks. Even after completing the medicine for 1 week, he still has loose stools.  Can it be the beginning of chrons or uc ?. He has lost about 5 kgs of weight in 3 months. His lipase level is 14.

I was diagnosed with GERD in 2023 and I've been feeling low, weak and depressed for 1 week. Prior to that, I was on a meat heavy diet for 1 week which has exacerbated the acidity problem this week. I've been facing frequent Acid reflux, shallow breathing, weakness and tiredness since last week. So much so that even the thought of leaving home gives me anxiety and fear. 5 months ago my 8 month old baby swallowed woollen thread. Now she is having loose motion. Is this because of that thread?
