Dear Patient,  Recurrent stomach pain with fever-like symptoms and persistent fatigue could indicate several underlying conditions that need proper evaluation. Given your symptoms, possible causes include:  1. Chronic Gastritis/Peptic Ulcer: Inflammation or ulcers in the stomach lining can cause recurring pain and systemic symptoms like fatigue.  2. Infections (Bacterial/Viral/Parasitic): Repeated GI infections (e.g., H. pylori, giardiasis) may explain the cyclical pattern.  3. Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD): Conditions like Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis can present with abdominal pain and low-grade fever.  4. Functional GI Disorders (IBS): Stress or food intolerances may trigger similar symptoms.  Next Steps:  - **Diagnostic Tests**:    - Stool Test (for infections, occult blood).    - Blood Work (CBC, ESR, CRP, LFT, H. pylori antibody).    - Abdominal Ultrasound/Endoscopy if needed.  - Symptom Relief:    - Hydrate well and eat bland, easily digestible foods.    - Avoid NSAIDs, alcohol, and spicy foods.  Since this is the third episode, I strongly recommend a **detailed clinical evaluation**. For further guidance, you can reach me on WhatsApp at **Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two** to schedule a consultation.

Please consult a General Physician in your area for a physical examination and further management. First the Doctor has to confirm that you have a fever. Then he has to find out the cause of the fever.
