Stomach issue

Regular stomach pain,also before stool

My daughter is suffering from regular stomach pain from last few months. The pain increases when stool comes. Also there is a whitish fluid coming in stool, not all time but most of the time. Done ultrasound also but nothing is there. Except 8mm-12mm lymph nodes. Doctor says everything is okay.
