My 15 year old son accidentally ate food without washing his hands after placing moth balls around the house...i am worried for him now...plz help

I have stomach pain nearly 2weeks. There is no urination issue, no fever, no severe pain. Pain sometimes come and sometimes not there. I have taken usg before 6 month. Detected fatty liver. Whether fatty liver cause pain in  lower stomach? No other issue like appendix. Kindly tell any solution
