I have been feeling awful since 10 days now. My stomach burns before having food and also after having food. It pains continuosly and my tongue feels sore. Pain become intolerable and i have to keep eating rice in 2 -3 hours. Im taking antacids and pantaprazole but seems like no use. Can anyone help me treat me?? I feel terrible!

Hello Doctors, I experience constipation on and off. Few weeks it's all normal every morning and suddenly for a few days I don't well or don't poop at all. But in last 7 days it's more prominent with black color poop and today I see white substance around it. Is it normal? Shall I laxative? Is it too alarming to go see a doctor?
