SGPT 92 increased
I just got my lft checked.
My SGPT has increased to 92 from 86 and my SGOT decreased from 41 to 32
Previously i was using elfelob tab. Kindly suggest if it is needed to concerned ? And what should I do in lifestyle change ?

Do regular exercise
Avoid alcohol and smoking if u take
