My friends sgpt/alt level is 2660 and sgot/alt level is 1660 . How much dangerous is it? How can we cure it?

These very very high, maybe indicative of hepatitis.

Ongoing liver damage increases the OT and PT levels. So you need to get evaluated in detail. sgot and sgpt levels more than 500 is very serious condition. So please get evaluated by a Gastroenterologist in person.
