My sgot is 60 and sgpt is 72 from liver function test,rest other enzymes are normal in lft.my ultra scans are normal and tests are normal like lipid profile,kft,triglycerides,thyroid profile,cbc... Hepatis b ,anti hcv,serum immunoglobin,ana,ama all are normal and negative....
Sir ,can i take fish and chicken,if yes,how much fish or chicken can be taken in a week?and how should we cook them?
