SGPT/ SGOT also raised in Alcoholic / non Alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD). ULTRASOUND Should be done to evaluate liver. Commonest cause is fatty liver because of bad diet and lifestyle. Discuss your SYMPTOMS. Follow diet and lifestyle changes. The only solution is a good diet and lifestyle.
